FAQs
How long does your hot sauce last?
Opened bottles of hot sauces that contain vinegar, chili peppers, and citric acids (such as lemon juice) as key ingredients usually last 3 to 5 years when refrigerated. Unopened bottles could last even longer.
Some of our sauces have additional fruits and veggies inside, so while the vinegar, chili peppers, and citrus will help it keep for awhile, those additional elements will spoil at some point. We highly recommend refrigerating any hot sauce for prolonged enjoyment.
Do any of your sauces contain shellfish?
No. Our sauces are crafted without using shellfish, nor seafood stock.
How do I place a bulk or wholesale order?
If you are looking to order more than 12 bottles, you need to parlay with the Captain. Please fill out our contact form and we will be in touch.
Where can I find a list of ingredients?
Find ingredients for our core sauces plus our limited-edition sauces on their individual pages.
Unlike other sauces, our sauce has no added sugar, emulsifying agents, animal products, artificial flavors or coloring.
As per our nutrition labels, our sauces are low in calories and sodium.
What should I do if my sauce separates?
Shake your bottle. Separation is a good thing! When you see distinct layers of ingredients at the top of a bottle, like you do with fresh pressed juice, it's because there are no emulsifying agents or artificial ingredients added in.
